Catering & Events
Version 1.0 · Effective from 1 January 2026 · Belgian law applies
These terms apply to all catering orders, deliveries, workshop bookings, and wholesale arrangements with Mongmo. By placing or confirming an order, you accept these terms in full.
Art. 1 — When do these terms apply?
These terms govern everything you order through Mộngmo: catering for an event or business occasion, delivery orders, workshops, or wholesale supply. Once we confirm your order in writing, both parties agree to what is set out here.
If you have your own purchasing terms, they only apply if we have separately agreed to them in writing.
Art. 2 — How to confirm an order
An order is final once we confirm it in writing — by email or message. Verbal agreements only count once we have confirmed them in writing as well.
We reserve the right to decline an order if our capacity is insufficient or if the request falls outside our regular offer.
Art. 3 — Payment terms
We work with a clear payment structure depending on the situation:

If the deposit is not paid within the agreed timeframe, we may treat the order as cancelled. Late payments automatically incur statutory interest plus a flat compensation of 10% on the outstanding amount (minimum €25).
Art. 4 — Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply:

| Less than 72 hours in advance | 100% of the total order amount |
If we need to cancel — due to force majeure or an unforeseen situation — all payments already made will be refunded in full.
Art. 5 — Delivery
We deliver at the agreed time and address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is present at the agreed moment, we cannot guarantee delivery and the full amount remains due.
Minimum order for delivery: €75. A delivery fee may apply for addresses outside Kortrijk — we will always inform you in advance.
Art. 6 — Complaints & Allergies
Not satisfied? Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery — by email, with a brief description and a photo if possible. We are unable to act on complaints submitted after this period.
Allergies and dietary requirements must be communicated at least 5 working days before delivery. We do our utmost to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination in a professional kitchen.
Art. 7 — Disputes
We always aim to resolve any issue together in good faith. If we cannot reach an agreement, Belgian law applies and the courts of West Flanders have exclusive jurisdiction.
