We are inspired by the sweet & salty pastries of Southeast Asia — flavours shaped by family kitchens, early mornings and street-side bakeries.
We bake in small batches, focusing on balance, texture and aroma rather than perfection.
Our recipes are developed not only for our own counter, but also to be shared — pastries and breads that pair naturally with coffee, travel well, and feel at home in cafés, specialty stores and Asian supermarkets.
Some recipes come from memory, others evolve with the seasons, but all are crafted with consistency and care — allowing us to work closely with professional partners who share our respect for quality and culture.

Savoury pastries and breads with subtle Asian influences. Designed to pair naturally with coffee or as light meals during the day.
Our selection evolves with the seasons and availability. Some pastries return, others appear only briefly.
Our Signature Bánh Mì Baguette
A light, crisp Asian baguette developed in-house for Bánh Mì and modern café use.
Inspired by Vietnamese baking traditions, our baguette is airy on the inside, delicately crisp on the outside, and designed to pair perfectly with both classic fillings and contemporary flavours.
Baked fresh in small batches, it’s a cornerstone of our bakery and a key product for everyone who sells Vietnamese Banh Mi's.
